The Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University held an extensive meeting with the administrative staff to review preparations for the new academic year and enhance the work system.
⭕As part of the Faculty of Specific Education at Zagazig University's commitment to establishing a culture of institutional work, strengthening direct communication between leadership and staff, and continuously improving administrative and service performance, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of the University, Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky Gaballah Attia, Dean of the Faculty, held a meeting with the faculty's administrative staff on Monday, September 7, 2026, to discuss preparations for the new academic year 2026/2027 and to assess the readiness of various work sectors for the upcoming phase.
The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Ehab Atef Ezzat, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Professor Dr. Safinaz Samir Mohamed, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, along with members of the college's administrative staff. The meeting was a direct dialogue aimed at supporting the work system and enhancing coordination between the various departments and units, ensuring consistent performance, rapid task completion, and improved service quality.
The meeting addressed administrative and organizational preparations for the new academic year 2026/2027, emphasizing the importance of raising the level of readiness within all departments and units to meet the demands of the upcoming phase. This will guarantee the provision of efficient, accurate, and timely institutional services, supporting the college's commitment to continuous development and performance improvement.
The meeting also discussed the nature of the activities and tasks undertaken by staff in the coming period, their ability to perform effectively, and their capacity to meet work requirements efficiently. Furthermore, the importance of integration between different departments, the exchange of expertise, and effective time management and prioritization was stressed, all contributing to the efficient and effective achievement of the college's objectives. ⭕During the meeting, areas needing improvement were identified, along with the reasons for their weaknesses. This will be achieved by clearly defining the job descriptions for each category of staff, assigning responsibilities and tasks appropriate to the nature of each position, and ensuring the optimal utilization of human resources within the college.
⭕The Dean stressed the importance of teamwork and cooperation among all employees across various departments and units. He emphasized that integrated efforts, shared expertise, and a unified vision are fundamental to achieving administrative excellence, raising performance levels, and providing high-quality service that satisfies students and service recipients.
⭕During the meeting, the college administration expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the administrative staff for their significant efforts during the summer semester examinations for the 2025/2026 academic year. This period required collaboration, coordination, and commitment to ensure the smooth operation and completion of tasks related to the examination process.

Professor Dr. Akmal Shawky Gaballah Attia, Dean of the College, affirmed that the administrative staff is a cornerstone of the college's successful operations. He commended the employees for their continuous efforts across all work locations, emphasizing that the smooth performance of tasks during the past period, particularly during the summer semester exams, was a result of the sense of responsibility, discipline, and cooperation among all members of the system. This will strengthen its ability to fulfill its academic and community mission with efficiency and excellence.
